How to Personal Login in Hamraaz Web Portal
Accessing the Hamraaz Web portal is simple. Follow the steps below to log in to your account:
- Visit the Hamraaz Portal Official Website:
- First of all visit https://hamraazmp8.gov.in, there you will see the option of Personal Login in the menu bar, click on it.
- A new page opens displaying all the mobile and desktop conditions that must be met before clicking the “Yes” button.
- Now enter your PAN Card Number (User ID) in uppercase, along with your password, and then enter the captcha.
- The new homepage of your profile will now open, displaying various options.
How to SignUp in Hamraaz Portal
Visit the Hamraaz Official Website:
- First, go to [https://hamraazmp8.gov.in] On the homepage, you’ll find the “Signup” option in the menu bar—click on it.
- After this, a box will appear on your screen asking for your PAN card details. Enter the details in capital letters in English, fill in the captcha code, and click on the submit button.
- After this you will see 2 options which are as follows-
1. Email ID (OTP)
2. Try another way
- After this you will have to click on the option of Try Another Way.
- On the new page, enter your Date of Enrollment (DOE) or the date you joined the Indian Army in the format DD/MM/YYYY.
- Next, you will be prompted to enter your Employment ID (EMP ID), which can be found on your previous pay slip. Enter the ID and click on the “Verify” option to proceed.
- After this, you will be asked to verify your Sign Up details. If all the information matches your name, proceed by clicking “YES”.
- After this, you will be asked to verify your Sign Up details. If all the information matches your name, click on “YES” to continue.
- Next, the “Terms and Conditions” page will appear. Read it carefully and click on “Agree” to proceed.
- Then, the password creation page will open, where you need to set and confirm your password. Your password must include at least one special character, number, and English letter. For example, you can create a password like “12345689A@a”.
- After that, you will be asked to answer a security question for additional protection. Provide your answer, write it down for future reference, and then click the “Submit” button.
- Make sure to note down your security question and answer for future use in case you forget your password.
Forgot Password reset process
- First, visit the Hamraaz Web portal by going to the official website – [hamraazmp8.gov.in].
- After this, the Hamraaz Portal homepage will appear on your screen. Click on the “Forgot Password” option there.
- After this, a new page will open where you need to enter your PAN card number and the captcha code.
- Next, click on the Submit button.
A new page will then appear asking a Security Question. - If you remember the answer, you can reset your password by providing the correct response. Otherwise, click on Try Another Way.
- After this, you will see three options—Try another way, Email (OTP), and Mobile (OTP)—as shown in the image below.
- You can verify your identity by selecting any of these options.
- The recommended method is Try another way, as the Mobile and Email OTP options may not work properly.
- Once verified, you will be redirected to the password change page, where you can create a strong password, select a security question, and click the Submit button.
- After this, you will be redirected to the password change page.
- On this page, create a strong password, choose a security question, and click the Submit button.
How to update Mobile Number / Email on Hamraaz Personal Login
- First, visit the official Hamraaz portal at [https://web.hamraazmp8.gov.in].
- Next, log in to your personal account on the Hamraaz Portal using your User ID (PAN card number) and password.
- After this, log in to your profile.
- Once logged in, you’ll see a menu bar below your name—click on it.
- A drop-down menu will appear; select the “My Profile” option.
- Your profile page will then open on the screen.
- You can update your mobile number or email here.
- Click the edit option next to your mobile number or email to make changes.
- Enter your new mobile number or email address in the box that appears below, then click on “Send OTP”.
